To Reset Word Cookies and start over from level 1, you can initialize your progress simply by deleting and reinstalling the app.
If it doesn’t work, please try to clear your cached data by doing the following steps:
For IOS
Go to in-device Settings –> General –> iPhone Storage.
Tap the App – Offload App – Reinstall App
For Android?
Go to device Settings –> Apps –> scroll to All apps – scroll down to the “Google Play
Store” app.
App details – “Clear data” button – “Clear cache”.
